This is the application for the HMHA U7 Tournament taking place on January 31- February 2, 2025.
Please complete this form as well as email a team roster in excel format to u7tourney@hintonminorhockey.com. Roster must include full names and birthdates, as well of those of any eligible affiliate players.
Completing this form does not guarantee entry. Each application will be reviewed by our corresponding level coaches and the tournament coordinator to select teams that will best fit.
Once accepted, tournament fees are due by eft within 48 hours.
Fees may only be 50% refunded within 30-59 days and may not be refunded with less than 30 days written notice, unless the spot can be filled with another team.
