Exhibition Games must NOT interfere with regular League or Provincial play.
Your team cannot attend or host an exhibition game without appropriate approval.
All exhibition game requests should be submitted a minimum of 2 weeks in advance to allow enough time to obtain sanctioning or travel permits. Travel permits are applied for and sent out with your sanction.
No games shall be played or confirmed until travel or game sanction permits have been received.
You must have these on hand when travelling and write it on the gamesheet.
All exhibition gamesheets (whether you are the home or away team) MUST be sent into Hockey Alberta as per instructions on the sanction.
