The tournament you are requesting to attend MUST NOT interfere with regular league or provincial play.
If a game is to be re-scheduled, it must be agreed upon prior to submitting this tournament request.
You may not attend a tournament without Approval of the HMHA Board of Executives.
This tournament request must be submitted minimum 2 weeks prior to start date of the tournament.
All teams traveling for a tournament must obtain a Travel Permit, the approval of this request will prompt the registrar to apply for this permit for you and it will be sent to your personal email.
