This course must be renewed every 4 years. All coaches, Trainers, Safety over the age of 18 are required to have this course. You will not be allowed on ice or bench without this course.
IRC Intervention Check (Child welfare check)
Form Attached- IRC Form
Email a copy with 2 pieces of ID (one must be photo) to CS.IRCNorth@gov.ab.ca
Make sure your ID is in a jpg format and the form is an attachment not a link.

-Criminal Record Check
Letter Attached- CRC Letter
Take the attached letter to 111 Civic Centre Rd, Hinton, AB T7V 1T8
Please have valid ID with you
This is valid for 3 years
These 2 documents MUST be uploaded into RAMP by November 15th. Failure to upload these documents by the date, you will NOT be eligible to coach.
-Finding your HCR #
When registering for a coach you will need your HCR # (Hockey Canada Registry)
Once Logged on it will take you to Spordle Account
Create an account or Login
Click MEMBERS
Add yourself if you have never been a member. If you had a maiden name search that.
Your HCR # will be where the bottom arrow is.

Once you have your RIS Leader #, CRC, IRC, and HCR please click the link below
You can register as a coach and input your CRC and IRC into RAMP after you receive them
Ramp Registration
Please Login or create a login (this is different from Team Ramp)
Please follow the steps by picking the correct registration. Choose which Division and select a role (Coach, Assistant Coach, Manager, and/or Trainer)
You can Upload your CRC and IRS under “My Account Members” and EDIT your account.
All Coaches, Trainers, and Safety over the age of 18 are required to have all of this completed. You will not be allowed on ice or the bench without this completed by
